1. Guyam Island – the unknown paradise in the Philippines

Where? Siargao, Philippines, Philippine Sea, Pacific Ring of Fire.

In the province of Surigao Norte, 780 kilometers away from Manila, Philippines, lies a lesser-known natural paradise. Close to the island of Siargao, we find the tiny island of Guyam, which fits the perfect definition of exotic. It's like being in a picture perfect for your desktop, with azure skies, clear waters and idyllic palm trees leaning over the ocean. You can get here with a tour from Siargao. The island is very small, you can walk it in less than 10 minutes and obviously there are no places to stay, but you can enjoy, for a few hours, a corner of heaven hidden from the eyes of the world.

When to go to Guyam?

The Siargao-Guyam area has a humid and warm tropical climate all year round. They are always around 28-31 degrees Celsius and the ocean water is extremely warm. It would be best to come here between the months of March and September. There will also be rain, but not as frequent as between the months of November and January.

2. The San Blas Archipelago – the hidden pearl of Panama

Where? Panama, Central America, San Blas Archipelago, east of the Panama Canal, off the coast of the Isthmus of Panama.

Another fairytale land with breathtaking landscapes can be found in the San Blas Islands, also called Guna Yala, the hidden beauties of Panama, in the Atlantic Ocean, located in the territory of the Guna tribe. There are around 365 gorgeous islands, of which only 49 are inhabited by the indigenous Guna, some of them being virgin territory, untrodden by man. It is an untouched paradise! You can relax on the white sand beaches, sit in a hammock, swim in a natural pool in the middle of the ocean, or try the local food. It's so beautiful you won't want to leave. It's a day trip from Panama City. You will visit the islands of Perro Grande, Perro Chico, Diablo and the natural pools.

When to go to San Blas?

The San Blas Islands have a tropical monsoon climate, with high temperatures all year round. The rainy season is very long, starting from May and lasting until January, so best to come here during the rest of the year.

3. Eden Island – the turquoise paradise of Egypt

Where? Egypt, Hurghada, Red Sea

Eden Island is the fairytale place that you must see at least once in your life. It is also called the "Maldives of Egypt", due to the color of the sea, an unreal turquoise and the premium services you will receive here. There are chill bars, very nicely decorated, instagrammable swings in the sea, fine sand and a lot of peace. You can get from Hurghada to Eden in one hour with a trip on the Red Sea.

When to go to Eden Island?

You can go to Egypt, in the Hurghada area, at most until the months of June-July and October-November, so that it is not too hot.

4. Suluada Island – Turkey's Maldives in the Mediterranean Sea

Where? Adrasan, on the western side of Antalya Bay, 7 kilometers from Gelidonya Cape, 95 kilometers from Antalya.

If you want to swim in clear, turquoise waters and want to visit a dream island, you don't have to fly all the way to the Maldives. Suluada Island, called by the Turks the Island of Waterfalls, is located on the coast of Antalya and is the place you must go to see what wonders nature has drawn here. There are two beaches where you can relax on Suluada Island - American Bay and Kargıcak Bay - both with small white pebbles, the first beach, the one on the west side of the island is bigger but windier, and the second, from the north, it is protected from air currents. From the Antalya region, from all resorts, there are day trips to the island, with lunch included on the boat. It costs 45 euros per person and you will spend three hours in American Bay and Kargıcak Bay. The coach transfer from Antalya to Adrasan port, where you board, takes around three hours.

When to go to Suluada Island?

It is good to come here in May or September when it is not so crowded. In the summer, the temperatures are quite high, around 40 degrees, and the influx of tourists in the area, far too great to be able to enjoy the place.

5. Sal Island – the turquoise paradise of Cape Verde

Where? Cape Verde, Atlantic Ocean, near the coast of Senegal

Cape Verde is a small island country with 10 volcanic islets rising in the pure green waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The most ready to receive tourists of all the islands is Sal, with its gorgeous, endless beaches with white or black, volcanic sand. You find wild and deserted places, just good to sit in the sun without anyone bothering you. You will be amazed at how beautiful it can be and, of course, you will want to come back. When to go to Sal?

Cape Verde is the land of eternal spring. It's 20-30 degrees C, all year round. The best time to visit the island is from September to November, when the turtles lay their eggs on the beach, a spectacle not to be missed.
