What is the cuperosis?

Cuperosis is an inflammatory dermatological condition characterized by the dilation of facial capillaries in response to emotions, exertion, allergic reactions, consumption of alcohol, spicy foods and drinks, temperature variations, anxiety or stress. And genetic inheritance predisposes to couperosis. The condition is manifested by reddening of the skin on the cheeks, nose and chin, large and enlarged pores, dry skin and small, rough bumps around the eyes and cheeks. It is frequently found among people with reduced elasticity at the level of blood capillaries and in the case of menopausal women who have fair skin.

Aloe vera, cucumber and chamomile

Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory properties, being excellent in reducing red spots on the skin, as well as cucumbers, which reduce inflammation, but also hydrate and have a cooling role. Chamomile tea also has calming properties. You prepare the mask from: 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons of fresh cucumber peel and 2 tablespoons of freshly prepared chamomile tea. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a gel forms. You apply the mask to your face and other affected areas, leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Turmeric, honey, yogurt and lemon essential oil

Curcumin, the antioxidant in turmeric, neutralizes free radicals and thus reduces scarring. Yogurt is also useful, because the probiotics in its composition reduce the sensitivity of the skin and accelerate the healing process. Honey hydrates the skin and reduces inflammation, and lemon essential oil prevents bacterial infections and gives a glow to the face. You prepare the mask as follows: mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 drops of lemon essential oil in a bowl. After obtaining a creamy mixture, apply it to the skin for 20-30 minutes. Finally, wipe with a damp cotton towel, then wash your face with cold water.

Oatmeal, milk, green tea and cinnamon

A good anti-inflammatory and exfoliant, oats relieve itching, remove dead cells and help regenerate the skin. Milk hydrates, cinnamon accelerates the healing process, and green tea nutrients prevent microbial infections and reduce the appearance of red spots. You prepare the mask as follows: with the help of a mixer, mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder, 3 tablespoons of raw milk, 3 tablespoons of green tea and a pinch of cinnamon. After obtaining a smooth paste, apply it to your face and neck. Wait for it to dry for 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Apple cider vinegar, yogurt, green tea, honey and oatmeal

Apple cider vinegar has the ability to stabilize the skin's pH which, when too acidic or too alkaline, can cause couperose. To use it, combine 1 tablespoon of vinegar with other beneficial ingredients, such as: 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of green tea, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Apply the mask to your face, wait 30 minutes, then rinse.
