Bad feet odor is a very common problem that is rarely discussed. Among the most common causes of this discomfort are ill-fitting shoes that do not allow the feet to air, socks that are too thick, hormonal changes during puberty, pregnancy or menopause. In the green pharmacy, you can find essential oils that, used to supplement hygiene, can help you combat the problem.

If you massage your feet with lavender essential oil before going to bed, you may notice an improvement in the unpleasant smell, thanks to the fact that lavender has antiseptic properties and kills the bacteria that cause the unpleasant smell. For an enhanced effect, after massaging your feet with lavender essential oil, put on socks and let it work overnight.
