REFUND POLICY


Before starting a paid subscription, customer have a trial period (14 days) to test our services. No payment or credit card details are required in the trial period. If you have any question related to our product, you can submit a support ticket. If you need to extend your trial period, you can request this by sending a ticket. No payment or credit card details are required in extended trial period. 

No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation. 

The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.  Customers may cancel anytime their subscription.

With regards to cancel or downgrades on a subscription, Clevada does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.
